Greenstone Inn: Santa Visits the Greenstone!

A crew of Santa’s Solar Elves arrived this week and gave the Greenstone the gift of free power. The elves were disguised as employees of M & W Electric. Elsewhere on site our regular elves left gifts here and there. Above left: In the Parking Garage they installed these Converters which change the power from DC to AC and synchronize this new power with the city’s existing electrical grid. Above right: After installing the mounting clips to the standing seams of the roofing (which do not make any holes in the roofing) they installed the mounting rails and then the panels. There will be two rows on the South roof and two rows on the North roof. Above: A couple of guys were kept busy installing doors and windows.
