Too slick up on the roof for much work, the crews spent most of the week inside the largely roofed structure. On Wednesday the solar panels were delivered and hoisted up top in a 30 mph crosswind. The plumbing moved along into installing the AQUAPEX plastic tubing .supply lines.
Aquaplex lines are used for potable water and are much easier to install. The crew took care of a lot of detail work, pickup framing, hold downs, etc. out of the drizzle and often under work lights as the days were overcast and dark. Loading the solar panels onto the roof was made interesting by the gusty winds (as evidenced by my palm tree and the blowing plastic sheathing of the panels packaging). A new stair from the garage area begins to take shape The stowed away panels awaiting better weather.
