The weather, again this week, was a major factor as the crew battled wind and rain.The plumbers made steady progress and the utility folks finished their work. A full Harvest Moon was out to greet the crew on Monday. A two-story wall section is lowered onto the garages stair shaft corner of the building. By Friday we had a three story building. A Load of Andersen windows and doors showed up. The morning after the storm found the surf still running high and the guys framing away on the third floor. Racing the weather is always part of building on the coast. Above we have two shots of the utility crew doing the final patch. Plumbing continued on the second floor. Looking North on Coast St., the Greenstone makes its presence known. Looking North on Coast St. again on Friday, we see that the structure has reached its three story design and will be ready for its roof next week. Speaking of which, the boys started the first of the roof framing with a flat section in the middle (right) on Friday. This section will be flanked by traditionally pitched roofs stay tuned!
