Greenstone Inn: The Cottages Last Days

The old cottages are worn out, it’s time to send them to their due rest. In the dance of life, birth and death circle about each other while we alternately laugh and cry. But from the passing of one arrises another. From the ash heap will spring a flower. On the eve of their destruction, the cottages are stripped of windows, doors, plumbing, roofs, etc. A golden sunset bids them all good bye. The tower and cottages are sealed off to the public. No kids or pets this day. Even the Viking's cat has retreated to the office. Not only the cottages, but sadly, this decades old Pine must go. The building on the front corner of the lot was a mom and pop grocery in its day. Nothing on the shelves now. Hub Tower is soon to be only a memory. Tomorrow, the appointed time arrives… Long live the Vikings!
